the warmth of all staff greatly helped this holiday. attention to detail was excellent. tranquil settings overlooked forested nature. a plunge pool was available to cool off after the heat.

I found the surroundings magical. the staff's friendliness stood out (i felt so welcome). i enjoyed a couple of meals at the restaurant. They were wonderful. the spa treatments were amazing, such a treat.
i found the lack of a free shuttle a bit inconvenient. a shuttle for a fee is available in the area.

the honeymoon package we chose included a couples massage plus lunch. a floating breakfast was included and also a romantic dinner. our river view terrace villa allowed views from the bed. waking each morning to the sounds of birds was soothing.
the hotel is split into two sections and i had to cross the street to use some facilities

the location required a short taxi ride to reach central areas, something i found slightly inconvenient.
